Before You Book

Please take a moment to review the following house rules before making a reservation.

Meals:

  • Breakfast is served daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

  • We do not serve a full breakfast on Saturdays and Jewish holidays.

  • On those days, pastries, breads, snacks, and light refreshments are available in the lobby.

  • When Shabbat meals are hosted (Friday night or Saturday), guests are welcome to join us for an additional charge.

  • Shabbat meals, when available, are hosted by our family. We do not operate as a restaurant and do not employ cooks or waitstaff. Guests are welcome to join us at our table and share Shabbat with us.

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

  • There is no check-in on Shabbat or Jewish holidays.

  • Check-out is by 11:00 AM, except on Shabbat and Jewish holidays, when check-out may be after sunset.

  • We are often flexible with arrival and departure times, but any early or late check-in or check-out must be arranged in advance.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests during this time.

Smoking:

  • All rooms and indoor common areas are non-smoking.

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided it does not disturb other guests or nearby residents.

Pets:

  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.

  • Service animals must be accompanied by appropriate documentation. Animals without documentation are considered pets and are not allowed.

Children:

  • We do not accommodate children between the ages of 1 and 10.

  • Exceptions may be made at our discretion. Please contact us before booking.

Conduct:

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and neighbors.

  • Intoxication, aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or disregard for house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

Cancelation:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: no penalty.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: the full cost of the stay will be charged.

 

Taxes:

  • By law, we are required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) from Israeli citizens and residents.

  • Due to technical limitations, reservations are displayed with VAT included.

  • Guests who are not Israeli residents and present a valid B2 visa together with their passport will not be charged VAT.
