Before You Book

Before you make a reservation please note the following:

Meals:

Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 10:00am.
We do not serve gourmet breakfast on Saturdays and Jewish holidays.
We DO offer pastries and snacks, breads, etc. on those days as a buffet in the lobby.
When we host meals on Shabbat, be it Friday night or Saturday, guest are welcome to join us. An extra charge applies.
Shabbat meals, when available, are hosted by our family. We do not have cooks and waiters. Guests are welcome to sit at our table and enjoy Shabbat with us!

Times:

Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. We DO accommodate for early/late check-in. Please contact us.
There is NO check-in on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.
Check-out is by 11:00am except on Shabbat and Jewish holidays when check out can be after sunset.
We are flexible with these times whenever possible, however if you need to check-in or out outside those time periods we have to be notified in advance.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am. No loud conversations or other noises are permitted during this time.

Smoking:

All rooms and inside common areas are strictly NON-SMOKING. It is permitted to smoke outside as long as it does not disturb other guest or residents.

Pets:

Under no circumstances do we allow pets on the premises. Service animals need to have documentation or they will be considered pets and not allowed in.

Children:

We accept children under 13 on a case-by-case basis. Please call before booking.

Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a civil and respectful manner. Intoxication, aggressiveness, rudeness or other socially questionable behaviors, as well as disregard for any of the above points constitutes grounds for eviction without refund.

Taxes:

We are required by law to collect VAT (Value Added Tax). This tax applies only to citizens or residents of Israel.
Due to technical limitations your reservation will show the total amount including the taxes, however if you are not a resident and present a B2 visa (received at the airport) together with your passport, you will not be charged the tax.
