This is a partial view from our balcony, facing north-northwest. Just beyond the horizon is Lebanon. The mountain behind the cedars is Mt. Meron and between the cedars one can see the burial site of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai, the author of the Zohar.

Right behind the light blue dome is a street that leads to an arch. This arch is the entrance to the pedestrian covered street knows as the Gallery. It might look distant but it is only a 10 minutes walk away.
